What this site does and does not collect, in plain language.
Summary
NEXLVLL Emotions is a small site that offers a workbook for purchase. It does not require an account, does not ask you to log in, and does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. This page explains the small amount of data that is handled when you visit, and how to contact us about it.
Information we collect
Server logs. Like almost every website, the servers that deliver these pages automatically record basic technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This information is used only to keep the site running and secure, and is not combined with any other data to identify you.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and the standard request details. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Theme preference. The light and dark mode toggle works within your current visit only. It does not store a cookie or save anything on your device.
Email. If you write to us at email@nexlvll.com, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to reply, and we do not add you to any list without your explicit consent.
Workbook purchases. If you buy the workbook, the payment is handled by Stripe, and your payment details are processed under Stripe's privacy policy; we never see your card number. Stripe shares your email address and receipt details with us so we can confirm your purchase and provide support; your download is delivered on this site immediately after payment.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, this page will be updated and any required consent will be requested first.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted by emailing email@nexlvll.com. Because we hold very little, this is usually a short exchange.
