The rules for using this site and buying our digital products, including our no-refund policy.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the NEXLVLL Emotions website and any digital products purchased through it, including the NEXLVLL Emotions Workbook. The site and products are operated by NEXLVLL, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.
Educational content
All content on this site and in our digital products is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and does not create a professional or therapeutic relationship. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Digital products and no-refund policy
Our digital products, including the workbook, are delivered electronically and made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that you will not be entitled to a refund once the download page has been made available to you.
If a file fails to download, is corrupted, or does not match the description on the product page, contact us at email@nexlvll.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. We will replace the file or otherwise make it right. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase where they are not collected at checkout. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback after a digital product has been delivered, we may revoke access to that product.
License and personal use
When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, post online, or otherwise make the product available to others, in whole or in part. Educators and organizations who wish to use the workbook with groups should contact us for a group license.
Intellectual property
All text, design, and other content on this site and in our products is owned by NEXLVLL and protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to the free content on this site. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish the content without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, including unlisted download pages you have not paid for.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services such as Stripe for payments and Google Fonts for typefaces, and may link to other websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the content will produce any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEXLVLL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
